Visa Platinum with Member Rewards 3.9% Introductory APR during first 12 months. Then Fixed APR 8.90%. $19 annual fee applies to the Visa Platinum Member Rewards card. Visa Platinum Cash Rewards 5.9% APR during the first 12 months. Then Fixed APR of 10.9%. $39 annual fee applies.
