Voice Response

The Credit Union's Voice Response system is an easy-to-use, menu-driven service that gives you 24-hour access to your Credit Union accounts through a touch-tone telephone. With Voice Response, you can make confidential transactions and inquiries whenever it's convenient.

Start using Voice Response
To use Audio Response telephone banking, simply call (202) 212-6420 or 1-800-799-1555 U.S. toll-free (international toll-free lines are also available), press [1], and be ready to enter your:
  • Member Number
  • PIN*
*Important note: Members who are the primary owners on accounts with current voice response access will be able to use their existing PINs to access our new system. Joint members will need to contact the Credit Union at 202-212-6400 to obtain a new PIN number, as you can no longer share credentials to access our voice response system.

Then simply follow the voice prompts (the voice prompts may be skipped when you become more familiar with the system).
